IRM provides full-service claims administration. We partner with our clients to provide them with their own customized claim department, one which is designed to meet their needs and their policyholders expectations.
IRM Services Include:
Claims reporting via phone, web, or email. IRM will take care of claims-intake for you.
Claims professionals available 24-hours a day. Claims do not always happen during normal business hours, and they can't always wait until the next morning to report. We always have a Claim Examiner ready to handle "after hours" claims.
Coverage verification, analysis, recommendations and preparation of disposition. Whether you use standard insurance policies or very customized forms, our examiners are prepared to handle coverage issues – from simple verifications to preparing coverage reservations and disclaimers.
Investigation of claims. This is an area that IRM has made a pillar of our company since we opened our doors in 1994. Scene investigations, securing witnesses, medical reviews, surveillance, collateral source development, and more.
Auto/Property appraisals. IRM can prepare appraisals, or depending upon the scope and location of the loss, we will utilize a network of vendors to appraise losses.
Litigation management. IRM will develop a panel of attorneys and expert witnesses for your program who have an expertise in the types of lawsuits that your program generates.
Paperless document storage. All forms of media are stored in an organized and efficient manner. Files and associated documents are remotely accessible.
